Little Scientists: Creepy Crawly Critters
Get ready to squirm, wiggle, and crawl into the fascinating world of insects and other tiny creatures! In this hands-on science class, young learners in Kindergarten through 3rd grade will explore bugs up close through fun experiments, outdoor exploration, and creative activities. Students will learn about the habitats, life cycles, and unique features of ants, spiders, worms, and more. With magnifying glasses, bug hunts, and themed crafts, this class is designed to spark curiosity and build a love for science—all while getting a little dirty and having a lot of fun!
Story Builders: Creative Writing
In this engaging creative writing class for 4th through 6th graders, students will become authors of their own imaginative stories! Through fun prompts, brainstorming games, and guided writing activities, young writers will learn how to develop strong characters, build exciting plots, and bring their ideas to life on the page. Students will gain confidence in expressing themselves through words. Each class includes time for sharing, feedback, and collaborative storytelling—because every great writer starts with a great story to tell!
Little Artists (K-3)/Art (4-6)
Let creativity shine in this fun and engaging art class! In Little Artists, students will explore a variety of art techniques through hands-on, themed art lessons. From painting and drawing to collage and crafting, each week brings a new project inspired by seasons, stories, holidays, or imaginative themes. This class encourages self-expression, fine motor development, and a love for creating. No experience needed—just a willingness to have fun and get a little messy!
Book Club Jr. (K-1)
Book Club Jr. is the perfect blend of reading, discussion, and creativity for Kindergarten and 1st grade students. Each class begins with a lively read-aloud, where children will dive into engaging stories and participate in thoughtful discussions about characters, setting, plot, and predictions. After the story, students will complete a fun, hands-on activity that connects to the book helping to deepen comprehension and bring the story to life. This class is designed to build a love for reading while strengthening listening, thinking, and language skills in a joyful and interactive setting.
Book Club (2-3)
This engaging class is designed to help growing readers fall in love with stories! In Book Club, students in 2nd and 3rd grade will read exciting short stories together and participate in fun, hands-on activities that strengthen comprehension and critical thinking. Each session includes guided reading, group discussion, and creative projects that help students connect with characters, understand plot structure, and build vocabulary. Whether acting out scenes, creating story maps, or crafting themed projects, kids will leave each class more confident and excited about reading.
Book Club (4-6)
Designed for upper elementary students, this Book Club invites 4th through 6th graders to dive into captivating novels and short stories while strengthening their reading comprehension skills. Each class features engaging group discussions that encourage students to think critically about characters, plot, and themes. Through hands-on activities, creative projects, and interactive reading strategies, students will deepen their understanding of the text and develop a lifelong appreciation for literature. Science- Wild World (4-6)
In this exciting, hands-on science class, students will explore the amazing ways animals survive and thrive in their natural environments. Through interactive lessons, experiments, and creative projects, learners will dive into the study of animal adaptations—like camouflage, hibernation, and migration—and discover how these traits help species succeed in a variety of habitats. From the icy Arctic to tropical rainforests, students will examine real-world ecosystems, learn how animals are perfectly suited to their environments, and even design their own creatures with specialized survival skills.
