4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Full refund: Available for cancellations made at least 1 week before the start of the class or camp.

• Cancellations within 1 week: No refund available.

• If Southside Learning Center cancels a program, you will receive a full refund or may apply the payment to a future program.

• To request a refund, email southsidelearningcenter1@gmail.com with your name, program name, and payment confirmation. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  
  

5. Photo & Media Consent Policy

We value student privacy. We will only use photos or videos of students for marketing, newsletters, or social media if we have received written consent from a parent/guardian.

• Consent is collected on our registration form.

• Parents may withdraw consent at any time by emailing southsidelearningcenter1@gmail.com. Upon withdrawal, no new images will be used, and reasonable steps will be taken to remove existing ones where possible.
